What is included in a Pure membership?
Every membership includes member-only pricing on Botox, savings on skincare, VIP access to specials and events, and a welcome gift when you enroll. The Pure Signature Facial Club also includes a monthly facial treatment of your choice plus an add-on service with every visit.
What is the difference between the six-month and twelve-month Signature Facial Club?
Both are $225 per month and both include your monthly facial treatment. The twelve-month program rewards the longer commitment with better Botox pricing at $11 per unit, 15% off filler, and 10 complimentary units of Botox during your birthday month.
Which facial treatment do I get each month?
Your choice of a Hydrafacial, DiamondGlow, or chemical peel, plus a dermaplane or LED therapy session with each treatment. You can switch it up month to month based on what your skin needs.
Is the Botox pricing really unlimited?
Yes. Members receive their discounted per-unit rate on every unit, every appointment, with no cap.
How does billing work?
Your membership is billed automatically on the same day each month using the card on file.

Pure Medical Spa has an outstanding, personable, friendly team and an even better atmosphere. It is apparent that everything has been thought of in great detail from the furniture to the amazing scent noted throughout the entire spa. This was my first experience at Pure Medical Spa. Upon entering the building, the staff were super friendly and welcoming! The check in process was super easy! They offered me water or coffee, which I gladly accepted. I had IV therapy with Kristen. She is an amazing person and was awesome to work with. I didn’t feel the needle for the IV going in at all! She sat with me the whole time and we talked and talked for the whole 30-40 minutes the infusion took. She made me feel very comfortable and made the whole experience about me. The Meyers Cocktail made me feel rejuvenated and I had the best night of sleep that night! I had energy again! No more feeling sluggish! I cannot wait for my next infusion!

I had my first appointment today at Pure Medical Spa and it was fantastic from beginning to end. Taylor at the front desk was amazing. It is very refreshing and relaxing to be greeted with not only professionalism but also a smiling face, Taylor truly makes you feel welcomed upon arrival. I received a HydraFacial today, and Paige was beyond amazing. She was very thorough and explained each step in the process. She was also great with answering any questions/concerns I had. Went for my first appointment today and I must say from making the appointment all the way to leaving my appointment each member of their team were all so warm, welcoming and inviting. Such a great experience to be in such a positive place and leave feeling all the love! The hydra facial I received just brightened me right up, and they were able to fit me in for a brow lamination which I have been wanting for so long! I was so thankful they have such a wide variety of services so I can pick and choose according to my budget with no pressure. It really shows that they focus on patient driven needs and it is a breath of fresh air to be able to walk in and have you feel like the number one priority.
