Our story
Denise Zolinski and Paige Woodruff, the visionary founders of Pure Medical Spa, established the spa in 2023 with a shared passion for aesthetics and wellness. With a combined nineteen years of experience in the industry, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their craft. Holding multiple licenses and certifications, Denise and Paige are dedicated to staying at the forefront of the field through continuous education and skill refinement. Their proactive and detail-oriented approach ensures that they provide the highest standard of care to their clients. Their warm and compassionate personalities create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and supported. At Pure Medical Spa, Denise and Paige are committed to helping clients achieve their ultimate skin health by integrating evidence-based procedures and cutting-edge technologies. They strive to deliver exceptional results while prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of each client.

Meet Our Team
Denise Zolinski, LME, CMA
Denise Zolinski is co-founder of Pure Medical Spa. Denise is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Medical Assistant and is a highly skilled aesthetic provider. She brings with her numerous certifications and over twenty years of experience from internal medicine and plastic surgery.
Denise feels extremely honored to bring her passion for skin health and well-being to the Great Lakes Bay Region. She believes that creating healthy skin naturally results in a more youthful appearance. Her greatest satisfaction is helping her clients along their journey to achieving confidence.
When not at Pure Med Spa you can find Denise boating the Great Lakes with her husband Pete and three sons, Brandon, Reid and Logan enjoying life to the fullest.
Paige Woodruff, LME, BA
As Co-Founder of Pure Medical Spa, Paige has had the privilege of turning her passion for aesthetics into something truly meaningful. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, she is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Licensed Permanent Cosmetic Artist, with extensive training and certifications in advanced aesthetic treatments.
Paige earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Management from Northwood University in 2014. While she loves the beauty and science behind aesthetics, what means the most to her are the relationships she has built along the way. She believes every client’s journey is personal and feels incredibly grateful to be someone they trust to walk alongside them—helping them feel heard, cared for, and ultimately more confident in their own skin.
Creating Pure has been a dream come true for Paige. More than a medical spa, she wanted to help create a space where clients feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the doors.
Outside of Pure, Paige’s greatest joy is her family. She loves spending time with her husband, Jonah, and their two children, Lennox and Knox, whether they’re camping during the summer, enjoying time outdoors, or simply making memories with the people they love most.
KRISTEN MILEWSKI, RN
Kristen Milewski obtained her Registered Nurse license from Riverside Nursing School, VA where she graduated with high honors. Her nursing career experience includes working in a Cardiac Intensive Care unit for three years as well as twelve years in a pre- and post-op surgical care unit.
In 2017, Kristen had the great opportunity to pursue her passion in aesthetics and became a Registered Nurse Injector with extensive training from Allergan Aesthetics. With over 9 years of aesthetic experience, combined with her warm, caring, and compassionate spirit makes her the perfect fit here at Pure Medical Spa.
Kristen understands that each patient is unique and develops treatment plans per patient versus using a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Kristen is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation and science and participates regularly in continuing education to ensure that patients experience the best technology and techniques available.
When not at Pure Medical Spa you can find Kristen and her husband Jeff enjoying time at her family cabin in northern Mi at the beach, boating, and water skiing. She is a busy mom of two amazing teens, Lauren and Max.
Adriana Schultz
As a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN, BSN) and four years of nursing experience, she brings a strong clinical background from both the Emergency Department and surgery center into the world of aesthetics. She is certified in Botox®, MicroTOX®, NasalTOX®, TheraTOX®, and dermal filler, with a passion for creating personalized treatments and natural, balanced results.
Outside of the treatment room, she loves the slower pace of country living—gardening, canning, baking, spending time outdoors, and boating with family and friends. She’s getting married in August and shares life with her fiancé and their two dogs, Reba and Winston. During farm season, one of her favorite places to be is riding along in the tractor with her fiancé.
She loves building relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves.
Jenna Kruchkow-Pacek
Licensed Aesthetician
Jenna is a licensed esthetician with a true passion for skincare, wellness, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. What began as a longtime love for all things skincare grew into a career that allows her to genuinely care for others while doing something she loves every day.
She believes great skin is about more than just treatments—it’s about listening to each client, understanding their individual needs, and creating a personalized approach that helps them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. Jenna especially loves educating her clients about their skin and celebrating their progress along the way.
As a proud mom of two beautiful girls, they are her greatest motivation and inspire her to continue growing both personally and professionally. She incredibly grateful for the relationships she is able build with her clients and for the opportunity to be a part of their aesthetic journey.
April Pilarski
Practice Manager
As Practice Manager at Pure Medical Spa, she oversees daily operations and helps to ensure the practice runs efficiently while maintaining the exceptional level of care our clients have come to expect. In addition to managing behind-the-scenes operations, she also serves as a Client Care Coordinator, where she enjoys connecting with clients and helping create a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
With over 25 years in project management, April brings strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to her role. She’s passionate about supporting our team, maintaining a positive environment, and ensuring every aspect of the practice operates smoothly and effectively.
Outside of Pure, April enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, their two sons and their spouses, and their four grandchildren. Family is incredibly important to April, and she cherishs every opportunity to spend time together and make lasting memories.
Cortney Everitt
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
With over five years as a Radiographer in a fast-paced emergency room setting, she brings a strong clinical foundation to her work in medical aesthetics. Cortney is Master Hydrafacial Certified, ZO Skin Health Certified, and has had the privilege of training directly with Dr. Obagi, a well renowned Dermatologist, gaining hands-on expertise with medical-grade skincare and advanced protocols. Her passion for aesthetics and love for the science behind medical-grade skincare shines through in every treatment she provides. With her years of experience in corrective skincare, facials, and advanced procedures, she delivers results that are both healthy and beautiful! Known for her warm, educational approach, Cortney creates customized treatment plans that help patients feel confident in their skin. Beyond her professional life, she is a wife, a mom, and mother of two boys who finds joy in family time, her dogs, fashion, wellness, and a really good cup of coffee. She is dedicated to continuing education and is always researching new techniques, and ingredients to elevate her patients’ results!
Crystal Holyszko
Client Care Coordinator
Crystal has been a proud part of the Pure Medical Spa family since 2024 as a Client Care Coordinator. One of her favorite parts of her role is creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors and making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued.
With many years of experience in the medical field, Crystal brings a strong background in patient care and a genuine passion for helping others. She loves building relationships with our clients, seeing familiar faces, and welcoming new ones into the Pure family.
Outside of the spa, her favorite role is being a wife and mom to her three amazing children. When Crystal’s not at Pure, you’ll usually find her spending time with her family and making memories together.
