My experience at Pure Medical Spa was PURE BLISS!!! Bay City is blessed to have this haven of relaxation and tranquillity! PURE tranquility and relaxation! Pure Medical Spa is so warm and inviting. I had a hydra facial and brow lamination. I loved both and will definitely do it again. I highly recommend this spa and their services. The whole staff is phenomenal!

Pure Medical Spa has an outstanding, personable, friendly team and an even better atmosphere. It is apparent that everything has been thought of in great detail from the furniture to the amazing scent noted throughout the entire spa. This was my first experience at Pure Medical Spa. Upon entering the building, the staff were super friendly and welcoming! The check in process was super easy! They offered me water or coffee, which I gladly accepted. I had IV therapy with Kristen. She is an amazing person and was awesome to work with. I didn’t feel the needle for the IV going in at all! She sat with me the whole time and we talked and talked for the whole 30-40 minutes the infusion took. She made me feel very comfortable and made the whole experience about me. The Meyers Cocktail made me feel rejuvenated and I had the best night of sleep that night! I had energy again! No more feeling sluggish! I cannot wait for my next infusion!

If you have not even walked through the doors you are certainly missing out. The atmosphere is so tranquil & relaxing. The ladies are very knowledgeable in the services they provide. I had my first appointment today at Pure Medical Spa and it was fantastic from beginning to end. Taylor at the front desk was amazing. It is very refreshing and relaxing to be greeted with not only professionalism but also a smiling face, Taylor truly makes you feel welcomed upon arrival. I received a HydraFacial today, and Paige was beyond amazing. She was very thorough and explained each step in the process. She was also great with answering any questions/concerns I had. My face truly looks and feels amazing. Shout out to Taylor and Paige for starting my day out today on a very positive note. If you are on the fence about visiting Pure Medical Spa, I promise you, you will not regret it. 10/10 recommendation for me!!

Went for my first appointment today and I must say from making the appointment all the way to leaving my appointment each member of their team were all so warm, welcoming and inviting. Such a great experience to be in such a positive place and leave feeling all the love! The hydra facial I received just brightened me right up, and they were able to fit me in for a brow lamination which I have been wanting for so long! I was so thankful they have such a wide variety of services so I can pick and choose according to my budget with no pressure. It really shows that they focus on patient driven needs and it is a breath of fresh air to be able to walk in and have you feel like the number one priority. Paige and Denise have been my OGs for 4 years and I will never trust anyone else with my face!!! I leave feeling glowy, clean, and hydrated!!! The spa is absolutely beautiful.
